This package is designed for those looking for focused change in a short time frame. It includes six 50-minute sessions, three 25-minute coaching sessions, homework, and digital support. Focused change requires a weekly time commitment of 1 - 2 hours per week over a 3 month period.
This package is designed to support adolescents in a flexible way that provides the support they need using tools and technologies tailored for them. It includes three 50-minute sessions, six 25-minute coaching sessions, text coaching and digital support. This requires a time commitment of 1 hour per week over a 3 month period.
Change can be hard and new behaviours take time to become habits. This package is designed to support you in maintaining the change you worked so hard to make. Through quarterly 50-minute counselling sessions, monthly 25-minute coaching sessions, and weekly digital coaching, we are there to support you in your first year.
